This is my 97 year old cousin Lola, and her friend of many decades, Lizzie.
In the photo I used for the painting they were 91 and 86 respectively.
I am so lucky to have grown up with these loving and lovely ladies.
Sadly, Lizzie died a few weeks ago, at the age of 92 and a half.
She is missed by all who knew her, especially Lola.
